Job description
Employee payroll preparation by providing relevant data (bonus, leaves, etc)
Make new JD for the job profiles and post in different portals then select the candidates
Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Appraisal, Employee Engagement
Handling end to end recruitment cycle for required positions - screening, scheduling interviews
orientation to newly hired employees
Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews and assessments, handling any problems/grievances
Leaves and attendance management
Arrange group activities and make the required arrangements.
Implement the Policies of the Organization periodically.
Requirements:-
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources.
-Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources - "Previously Associated with any Digital Marketing Agency are preferable"
-Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
