Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
Handle recruitment and selection process.
Source applicants through various job portals, newspapers, and social media accounts
Coordinating with team members &other departments regarding the recruitment and selection of the candidates.
Conduct employee joining formalities and orientation.
Taking care of exit formalities for relieving employees
Counsel and resolve staff issues for smooth functioning of the institution.
Knowledge on process of statutory compliance
Update employees records
Keen about learning and implementing HR policies
Regularly monitor employee's bio-metric attendance
Attendance Management & Leave management
Performing job evaluations and job analysis
Preparing job descriptions and issue to the newly joined and keep update employees feedback from respective reporting official
Desired Candidate Profile
Must be MBA-HR graduates
2-3 years of experience with similar role
Should have good communication skills in English with tech savvy in MS-Office (Word & Excel)
Fresh MBA graduates with reputed institute will also encouraged to apply
Male applicant's preferred
