JOB DETAILS
Organizing regular staff welfare and employee engagement activities (conducting informal team building exercise on floor)
Implementation and monitoring of reward and recognition program
Administer and ensure timely completion the Performance Appraisal Assessment for employees
Grievance handling of employees and also support taking disciplinary action wherever required
Compensation and Payroll Processing Support
Responsible for Maintenance of files, Salary data processing, confirmations, Appraisal and final settlements
Maintenance of attendance & leave records
Handling employee exit process including exit interview
Recruitment
Support in recruitment activities - Shortlisting, Screening & Scheduling Interviews Maintaining the Resume Database
Preparing Recruitment Progress Report
Plan and conduct engagement activities for the employees.
Should assist the accoun
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems)
