Qualification: MBA HR Mandatory.
Should have decent communication skills in Hindi & English
Roles & Responsibilities:
End to End Recruitment.
Sourcing profiles.
Bulk Recruitment.
Attending Job Fairs and Campus Drives.
Follow up with Candidates from screening to joining.
Conducting Joining, Orientation, Induction & Exit formalities.
Preparing MIS reports.
Handling the employee grievances.
Conducting Skip level meetings.
