Roles and Responsibilities
Handling end to end recruitment with ability to manage multiple requirements at a time. • Conducting initial screening in order to check the candidate's suitability in attitude, academics, professional qualification, experience, communication skills etc. before processing • Candidate should be well versed with Job portal like; Naukri , Linkedln. • Following up with shortlisted candidates for joining dates and convincing them, if they have any issues such as, compensation review/ relocation/onsite travel etc. • Preparing and updating HR policies and procedures. • Should be able to manage vendors. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • Issuing Appointment, offer, Confirmation, warning letter etc. • On boarding formalities, Induction, Data management, maintaining the personal file.
Desired Candidate Profile
Talent acquisition in a cost-effective manner from various channels of sourcing within the defined timeline. To handle end to end recruitment activities (screening, sourcing, searching, conducting interviews, administer tests, roll out, shortlisting etc.). Active involvement in sourcing candidates from various references.
Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical Teams to source candidates for open jobs.
Initiating and overseeing the hiring, training, and dismissal processes and administering and monitoring benefit programs.
Completing joining formalities for new joiners. Ensuring smooth on-boarding of new joiners including induction and team introduction.
Assisting HR division for all the HR related task e.g. Training & Development, Performance Appraisal, Leave & Attendance management & other employee grievances related tasks etc. Executing Employee Engagement activities on the floor.
Preparing various MIS reports as and when required. Educate, training, monitor, problem-solve, and ensure company HR policy is followed across all employees, managers, and executives.
Participate in planning and coordinate the administrative functions of the organization.
Manage the on-boarding formalities, prepare & issue relevant letters. Involve in employees counselling and grievances handling.
