Roles and Responsibilities
We are looking for a Dynamic, Organized, Talented and Committed Senior Technical Recruiter to support us in various HR activities - with Recruitment to hire outstanding talent into CS, GSO being the primary responsibility.
This position is an end to end Individual contributor role with expertise in direct & indirect sourcing along with excellent people management skills. The position will also have additional responsibilities in other HR activities from time to time as required by the business.
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Responsible Areas:
Recruiting for a variety of roles across the business from entry to senior level appointments across a wide range of business areas.
Managing end to end recruitment process, including writing job descriptions, selecting recruitment methods, advertising roles, screening CV's, conducting initial technical and HR interviews, offer management and feedback ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to offer/decline.
Building strong partnering relationships within the People team and Hiring Managers across the business at all levels.
Utilizing and developing social media channels to maintain high direct sourcing success.
Responsible for continuing to build a strong employer brand, integrating all our social media strategies; including, LinkedIn, Twitter across all areas of the business.
Producing management information/reporting key recruitment statistics
Continuously looking at new and innovative ways to improve the recruitment processes to meet growing business demands.
Supporting in other HR activities as required from time to time.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience of 4 – 6 Years in IT & Engineering Recruitment.
Strong Recruitment Experience, ideally from an in-house background being able to manage multiple vacancies at a time.
Working experience recruiting technical skillsets and sourcing candidates on PAN India basis.
Hands on experience in coordinating with Recruitment Consultants.
Experience using Social media tools in a Recruitment context – e.g. LinkedIn.
Well versed with recruitment on Tech Forums like Stack Overflow etc
Should have handled Walk-Ins
Highly organized and able to prioritize workload effectively.
Should have exposure to various ATS
Understanding of various resourcing models (like Permanent / Contract / C2H)
Should be able to work with multiple vendors simultaneously to push for higher fulfillment possibility
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and flexible and adaptable to change.
Strong team player and collaborative approach – happy to ‘get stuck in’ as needed.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with hiring mangers across the business units.
Self-Starter, ability to solve problems and think creatively.
Soft Skills :
Strong verbal, written communication is mandatory.
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, especially articulation of strategy, priorities, and progress/results.
Exceptional candidate relationship management and negotiation skills to deliver a brand-defining experience while effectively managing expectations
Certifications : Certification in Talent Acquisition is preferred but not mandatory.
Industry background : IT/ ITES/ Engineering/ Consulting / Service Sector
Professional Experience : Minimum 4 years’ working experience in Recruitment.
Required Education : MBA in HR / PGDBM in HR / B.Tech
Computer Cognizance : Strong working Proficiency in MS Office programs and tools (Word, Outlook, Excel), ATS (Application Tracking System) LinkedIn, Internet Research (Boolean search strings)
