JOB DETAILS
Maintain the integrity of the HR data.
• Ensure connections to all secondary and tertiary systems work seamlessly.
• Monitor data flow between systems.
• Perform statistical analysis on HR data, run queries, and produce requested reports.
• Provide systems support to the HR team.
• Document processes, as well as perform diagnostic tests and data audits.
• Assist with other HR duties as assigned.
• Should be working in US Eastern Time Zone.
Skills Required
• Proficient with MS Office Suite. • Expert at MS Excel.
• Proficiency in database management and security, as well as running SQL queries.
• Thorough understanding of qualitative and quantitative reporting principles.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Education & Experience
• Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science preferred.
