Job description
Looking for Experienced HR who has experience in US IT Staffing industry.
1. Candidate must aware of all tax terms (1099, W2, and C2C)
2) Should have experience in creating paperwork based on tax terms
3) Must be aware of all forms e.g (w9, i9, w4, ins forms etc)
4) must be aware of leave policy , timesheet management, invoice management and basics of payroll
5) should be able to work in co-ordination with remote team
6) Onboarding & Exit Process of Consultant
Shift timings: 7.30 pm to 4.30 am
Work Mode: Onsite from Day 1
