Managing employee life-cycle
Handled Blue collar Hiring
Ensuring new joiners are effectively inducted (induction process)
Manage On-boarding formalities and documentation
Manage employee records as per SOP requirements
Managing the employee helpdesk by reverting queries within TAT
Ensuring that all HR processes are compliant with Audit requirements
Responsible for generation of accurate employee-related reports for review
Timely delivery of the various HR dashboards, including analysis like attrition, absenteeism, headcount reporting, productivity, etc.
Handling the employee separation process (off-boarding formalities, termination, team transfers and entity transfers)
Implementing innovative ideas to control absenteeism, attrition and employee grievance
Effectively manage all the Reward & Recognition program and employee engagement at assigned locations
Should be comfortable with:
6 days working
Desired Candidate Profile
At least 2 -5 years of experience in HR Generalist
Candidate from E-commerce/Retail industry/Manufacturing is be preferred but not mandatory
Prior experience of Hub/Warehouse/Store is an added advantage
Good knowledge of MS Office Tools (Excel and Word)
Strong communication skills (written and spoken)
Qualification - MBA in any stream
