Job description Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with theBSMs goals, values, and regulatory requirements Execute BSMs human resource and talent strategy, particularlyconcerning current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, andsuccession planning. Support and provide insights on compensation, benefits, and totalrewards to ensure BSM atracts and retains top talent. Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, andnew technologies in human resources, talent management, andemployment law.
