Job description Screening potential candidate s resumes to identify suitable candidates to fill in the internal position. Scheduling the interviews, and onboarding candidates. Coordinate with Hiring Manager and understand the hiring needs and available positions within the organization. Ensure proper on boarding for new hires and the necessary documentation is completed accurately. Work with the leadership team to strategically plan initiatives that will benefit the organization and encourage employees to work more efficiently. Responding to employees inquiries regarding policies, employee benefits etc. Carrying out necessary administrative duties. Coordinating with hiring and training procedures for new employees Developing policies and ensuring policy awareness. Understand and adhere to all labor laws. Should have a fair knowledge of Organization management. Requirement: Exceptional communication, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset. Master s degree in human resources management or equivalent. Proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Knowledge on Performance management and compensation systems.
