Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a HR specialist. The Human Resources specialist will be responsible for onboarding and exit formalities, employee benefits, and benefits administration. They will also be involved in HR management tasks on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
2+ experience in Malaysia Generalist activities (Mandatory).
Experience in Onboarding and exit formalities.
Human Resources Management and HR Policies
Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration
Experience in managing HR processes and policies.
Knowledge of Malaysia labour laws and regulations
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Experience in payroll.
