Job Tile: - Human Resource Executive,
Reports To: -
HOD Human Resource Manager (USA) / Senior Accounts Executive (IND)
Core Competencies: -
• Preparation of Manpower Requisition of Each Department.
• Position/Salary Negotiations & finalization with approval of USA HR Head.
• Offer Generations and new employees joining formalities. Induction Programmer
• Time Office Management & Attendance Validation with attendance software.
• Maintaining Employee Muster Roll. Monthly Leave Record Calculation & Record
Maintenance.
• Co-ordinating with Senior Accounts Executive
Additional Skills: -
• Labor Compliance & Statutory Provision:
• Employee Relations
• Administrative & Other Welfare Activities:
• Vendor Management & Manpower Planning:
• Industrial Relations & Liaising with Govt. Authorities:
• Dealing with Mediclaim Policy execution.
Technical Skills:
•
HR Payroll and Maintenance of attendance through software.
•
MATRIX HR-(Attendance System-Software) added advantage.
Qualification & Experience : -
• Master of Business Administrative – MBA (HR)
• 5 Years and above of industry experience.
