Roles and Responsibilities :
Responsible for complete Recruitment cycle, identifying the potential candidates through various portals
Issue Offer letters, formulate the salary structure, joining formalities, prepare and issue appointment letters, appraisal letters, relieving letter and experience letters to employees.
Taking care of joining formalities and guide them through the company's policies, collecting the relevant documents, filling personal information form, bank a/c form, issuing temporary ID card login through bio-metric.
Manage end to end payroll operation of all the employees - regarding attendance, LOP check-up, and leave balance calculations & OT payment.
Calculating EPF, ESI, and Bonus for the employees.
Maintaining the HR Register, Inspection Book, Files.
Ensure processing of the exit formalities of the departing employees and timely closure of their Full & Final settlements.

Admin activities
Group medical & accidental Insurance process
Desired Candidate Profile :
Post Graduation in Human Resources
Minimum 3 years experience
Good communication skills (written and oral) and negotiation skills
Knowledge of MS-Excel, a must.
