Job description
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive who can help us identify staffing needs, write effective job descriptions, develop and implement recruitment strategies, and screen and interview candidates using effective techniques.
Candidate Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or relevant field
Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role
Experience with the full-cycle recruiting process
Demonstrable leadership abilities
Strong communication skills
Required Skills:
Ability to identify staffing needs and write effective job descriptions
Experience with developing and implementing recruitment strategies
Strong networking and social media skills
Ability to screen and interview candidates effectively
Excellent leadership and communication skills
