Job description ABAL Technologies, Inc. is seeking an enthusiastic HR Recruiter with proven hiring skills to be part of our HR team and supporting on hiring IT recruiters for ABAL recruitment staff. The HR Recruitment Assistant is a key part of our HR Operations team will provide dedicated HR transactional support to the ABAL India team, with specific focus on internal recruitment hiring process. This individual will be detail oriented, able to prioritize and manage, and work closely with the ABAL group. ** Only resources local to Hyderabad are encouraged to apply. The position is based on-site in our Begumpet, India Office. ** Candidates who can join either immediately or within 1 week are preferable. What you'll be doing? Responsible for full recruiting cycle: Preparation and Posting of Job Descriptions, Sourcing, Technical screening, Negotiation, and closed candidates for assigned requisitions. Sourcing applicants, screening resumes, interviewing, and assess candidates to provide qualified candidates to ABAL managers. Execution of initial round of interviews and perform Internal hiring process. Collaborate with Recruiters and Business Development Managers to deeply understand the organizations' goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention. Responsible for Documentation and post hiring formalities of the selected candidates. Coordinate all administrative activities necessary to onboard and exit an employee as applicable. Responsible for ensuring all employment documents are scanned and filed appropriately. Manage relationships with search firms/agencies to drive timely and thorough sourcing of high quality, diverse candidate pool as well as participate in recruiting events and activities. Build and maintain an ongoing pipeline of potential candidates by identifying prospects through Job Portals, LinkedIn, Research, Referrals, and other creative ways to fill the candidate pipelines. Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions. Continue to create and innovate processes to support the evolution of our ways of working. Performs other duties as required. Minimum Qualifications: Any degree or a degree emphasis in Human Resources, Business Administration or a closely related field may prefer and/or an equivalent combination of related training and experience. Maintain the human resource information system and employee database. Research employee inquires and handle requests in a timely and professional manner. He/she has a learning mindset, natural curiosity, and drive for problem-solving. Interest in human resources and employee experience fields. Excellent computer skills hands on with MS Office products. Any other duties that may be within scope of the role. ABAL offers a competitive compensation which allows for unlimited earning potential.
