Job description *** We Are Hiring *** // *** Hiring Alert *** A R Systems Inc. is hiring for HR Executive in Hyderabad Location (*Min. 2yrs of Experience as a HR in US Staffing*) (* On-Site Position // No WFH *) ** Salary is not a constraint for the right Candidate ** ** Roles and Responsibilities ** 1) Filling positions within the organization, Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization, Handling of administration and record-keeping, working with organization to develop recruitment plan. 2) Handle recruitment activities from Preparing job offers, Drafting and posting job descriptions, Gathering Resumes, Screening the Candidates, Interviews, Offers, and Follow up till the candidate joins the Organization. 3) Should have experience of various selection processes and must be able to conduct different type of interviews such as telephonic, Skype and personal. ** Desired Candidate Profile ** 1) Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast-paced environment. 2) Excellent communication skills ( Both Verbal & Written) 3) Good interpersonal skills along with good English communication ability. 4) Should be well versed with organization etiquette 5) US IT/Non-IT Staffing Experience is a Plus ** Company Benefits ** 1) 5 Days working (Night Shifts) (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off's) 2) Fridays are always Fundays, Jovial Staff & Colleagues 3) Team Outings & Team Lunch 4) Incentives, Perks & Benefits It's a phenomenal opportunity for yourself (or) for someone in your circle who might be interested to build their career.
