Designing the brief KRAs / JDs after understanding the position from the Reporting Manager / Concerned personnel
Posting the job on Naukri / other portals and using Social Media like Linkedin to look for more options and enhancing professional network
Screening & short-listing profiles and share with the Reporting Manager / Concerned Personnel and have timely discussion with them to improvise the search criteria / or to organise the interviews in consultation with the Reporting Manager
Be involved with all levels of hiring and manage the Talent & Acquisition process for having the best suitable talent in the organization
Maintaining and timely update of Personnel File and keeping an internal check / review
HR MIS preparation & implementation in consultation with Reporting Manager
Assist the Reporting Manager in day to day activities /HR operations
