Job Title:
Mid Level - HR Manager / HR Admin / Accounts Manager - India
Location:
Remote
Experience needed:
2 - 5 Years or above
Salary per annum:
INR 2 Lakhs - 4 Lakhs (Depending on Experience)
Qualification:
Degree/PG/MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations
Industry:
IT / Software Services / HR Admin Functions / Recruitment / Staffing Services / IT Consulting
Working hours:
6:30PM to 3:30AM
You must be:
Well versed with USA HR/Accounts rules & regulations
Logical, innovative and smart thinking skills
Effective usage of budget and bring in cost efficiency by do things differently
Advanced knowledge using word, excel & ppt
Solve the administrative problems in a gentle,smart and peaceful way
Passionate about HR processes, HR Administration , IT consulting / delivery activities
Single point of contact for administrative tasks
Should have experience as HR Assistant/ HR administration / Assistant Manager / Accounts Manager / HR executive for at least a 2 years
Passionate about IT consulting/ HR Administration work / Travel Facilitations / Work permits Tracking
Expert in Point to Point tracking
maintain employee personnel records
Documentation
Job Responsibilities:
Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Engagement
Tracking the HR activities like candidate interviews / trainings and mainly client billings
General office administration
tracking time sheets / approving them
chasing invoices from vendors / clients
tracking candidates / work assignments
cold calling to candidates / shortlisting the CVs
Identifying / forecasting new client projects / contracts
Cold calling / talking to candidates for upcoming client projects
Doing market research for India & US
