Knowledgeable about immigration documentation & limitations of including but not limited to I9/E-Verify/H1B/OPT/CPT/L1/H4/H4-EAD
Willing to work with legal team for responding to USCIS RFE's/mails
Should be able to make numerous calls/email follow ups to employees
Streamline existing processes of employee documentation
Should be able to follow up on pending invoices
Knowledge of handling QuickBooks is a plus
Should be an effective in communication in both emails & calls
Logical, innovative and smart thinking skills
Effective usage of budget and bring in cost efficiency by do things differently
Advanced knowledge using word, excel & ppt
Solve the administrative problems in a gentle,smart and peaceful way
Passionate about HR processes, HR Administration , IT consulting / delivery activities
Single point of contact for administrative tasks
Should have experience as HR Assistant/ HR administration / Assistant Manager / Accounts Manager / HR executive for at least a 2 years
Passionate about IT consulting/ HR Administration work / Travel Facilitations / Work permits Tracking
Expert in Point to Point tracking
