Job description Role & responsibilities Manpower Planning Determining the manpower requirement for the dealership by location/ role and function Recruitment Activate multiple sourcing channels, measure effectiveness and drive utilization Implement the Employee Referral program by updating communication , tracking referrals and ensuring payment Implement the TML designed recruitment process by conducing competency based selection process Ensure implementation of interview guidelines Tracking recruitment metrics and action plan on improvement areas Induction and On-boarding Implement Induction plan for all new joiners Managing on-boarding activities in the first six months Performance and Rewards Design and implement the Compensation structure Payroll and statutory compliance for all dealership employees Performance Management Design, monitor and measure the effectiveness of incentive and performance bonus schemes of all dealership employees Design and communication of incentive design with teams Implement the Performance Management Process including KRA setting, review mechanism and using data for career development Segment employees on basis of performance and implement retention program Employee Engagement Prepare an employee engagement plan for the dealership Monitor the execution of activities identified as part of engagement initiatives Training Training Plan for the dealership by products, roles and levels Training need analysis for all dealership employees Coordination with TML on training deployment Track effectiveness metrics of training HR Policies Design, implementation and administration of all HR policies Administration Housekeeping and up keep of showroom and workshop Managing 3rd party vendors Preferred candidate profile Graduate HR Management qualification preferred/ Diploma in HR Perks and benefits Cell phone reimbursementHealth InsuranceInternet reimbursement Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off ***CANDIDATES SHOULD SPEAK TAMIL & ENGLISH FLUENTLY *** Role: HR Generalist Industry Type: Automobile (Automobile Dealers) Department: Human Resources Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: HR Operations Education PG: MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations Key Skills Skills highlighted with ‘‘ are preferred keyskills PayrollWelfareStatutoryRecruitment InductionPFHiringTime OfficeESIFactory ActExit Formalities
