Job Responsibilities:
HR Strategic Planning:
Lead the preparation of HR Strategy and Budgeting in alignment with business, executing with a focus on Head Count, Employment cost, Engagement, people development and Productivity.
HR Policies-
Framing HR policies and ensuring that the policies are fitting the Industry standards and compliances.
Change Management
: Drive change management initiatives including programme office to bring excellence in the functional area of HR. Suggest, Assist, design & implementation along with programme office
HR Cost optimization Projects:
– Monitoring of Cross Functional Teams and drive the Cost Optimization projects in various HR areas. Rationalize head count to improve productivity
Learning & Development:
Develop Competency based Training Need Analysis. Direct the team on capability building through developing internal trainers for functional trainings through certifications and leveraging consultants
Employer Branding
– collaborating with concerned stakeholders for managing the employer branding initiatives on social media & regularly updating the company career page with the EVP initiatives
Collaborate with COEs & HRBPs for strategic projects related to Career Progression Plan, Recruitment policies, PMS process, Succession Planning, etc.
HR deliverables, Monitorig & Review: Action monitoring of multiple business HRs.
