4. Performance Management: Adherence to timelines for all stages of performance management & salary review within timelines.
5. Implementation of budget optimization opportunities with respect to HR cost
6. Evaluating Organization Structures for effective optimization
7. Drive Talent Management, Succession planning & Career Development
8. Create Cultural Integration at Site
9. Ensure data accuracy & regular updation with respect to employee data in portal
10. Enhancing Diversity and Inclusion of the organization
11. Ensure behavioral training for all the employees are in place
12. HR SOPs to be maintained and ensure timely revision.
