JOB DETAILS
1. Identify Manpower Gaps as per the location assigned and post approval of Requisition from Operation and TA Manager, need to do Volume Hiring.
2. Attract Applicants through Job posting using Job sites and Newsgroup.
3. Using Mass Mailing and Mass SMS as source tool in Job Portal to attract Applicants.
4. Participating in Job Fairs organised by colleges / Institutes to attract Candidates.
5. Coordinating and Engaging with stake holders to generate more referrals.
6. Interviewing and Shortlisting candidates as per defined standards for specific position.
7. Sharing S/L candidates to stakeholders for Interview.
8. Generate feedback from Stake holders.
9. Accumulate documents of the selected candidates for Pre verification purpose.
10.Onboard the candidates and Managing Vendor.
Required Candidate profile
1. Should be able to read and write in English. Knowledge of local/Hindi/vernacular language is necessary.
2. Knowledge of local area of the HUB assigned.
3. Operational/ Business Knowledge of Logistics/ Couriers/Retail/FMCG/FMCD industry.
4. Should know computing skills especially reasonable knowledge and skills of Microsoft Office application such as MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power point and MS Outlook mail.
