What you will do:
Manage the full life cycle of recruiting for multiple requirements post compelling job descriptions, source passive and active candidates from targeted companies, review candidate resumes/profiles against requirements, conduct thorough screening calls, update the internal applicant tracking system, extend offers, and negotiating complex compensation packages, and keep key stakeholders abreast of progress
Utilize creative recruiting resources and techniques to identify and engage top talent including social media tools, referral programs, user groups, internal and external talent databases
Learn and stay abreast of Valuecoders / Vinove's proposition in the marketing landscape and convincingly articulate it to targeted talent
Build consultative partnerships with assigned hiring leaders by providing excellent customer service, guiding leaders toward best recruiting and hiring practices, and delivering quality results consistently
Roles and Responsibilities / Desired Candidate Profile
At least 8 years of IT recruiting experience
Ability to work with local and global stakeholders and team members
General knowledge of legal/compliance laws related to recruitment and hiring
Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written
Stellar customer service with proven experience using consultative skills to earn the trust of high-level stakeholders
Experience using social media for recruitment, referral tools, online recruiting tools/databases, and other recruiting methods to attract hard to find talent
Ability to adapt to new recruiting technologies tracking systems, reporting tools, sourcing tools, etc.
Responsible and accountable for overall fulfillment of demands of competency/ Tower/ Practice
Create hiring plans and focus on recruitment Branding through a different initiative
Create necessary recruitment funnel reports or tactical reports to present to business
Responsible for Time to fill (Time to offer) metric of all JRs raised for Tower/ Practice-
Monitor and control time lag at each stage of the recruitment cycle starting JRs approval to offer release
Stakeholder management:
Presenting all recruitment related reports to business for respective tower/ practice
Co-ordination with business Hiring plan and weekday / weekend drive plan
Ensuring 100% compliance of the Assessment and requisite documentation process at the first
Responsible and accountable to follow offer approval guidelines
Engaging with candidate to ensure excellent pre-joining experience thru :
Understanding and building market intelligence of Technology / HR practices / Bottlenecks related to salary / project / location etc. on a monthly basis
