Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for Recruitment, HR Operations, Employee Relations, HR Policies, and Human Resources (HR) related tasks. The role involves assisting in recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and employee retention.
Qualifications
Experience in recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
Employee engagement, rewards and recognition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Master's Degree in Human Resources or related field is a desirable
