Job description
Should have very good understanding of sourcing for different requirements.
Track and identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels.
Conducting first level of HR interaction, aptitude and technical tests as well as general evaluation of interpersonal & presentation skills.
Conduct pre-assessment calls with candidates, verifying checklist items such as qualifications, availability, and compensation requirements.
Design creative means that go beyond traditional sourcing channels to attract qualified applicants.
Work on getting referrals from internal and external sources
