Job description
Recruitment:

Screen incoming resumes, shortlisting candidates based on specified criteria.
Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates to coordinate the recruitment process.
HR Records Maintenance:
Help in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and company policies.
Communication and Coordination:
Facilitate communication between candidates and the HR team, providing timely updates and information.
Coordinate on-boarding activities, ensuring new hires have a smooth transition.
Administrative Support:
Assist in preparing HR-related documents such as offer letters, contracts, and other correspondence.
Help in organising HR events, workshops, and training sessions.
Employee Engagement:
Participate in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Requirements:
