Responsible for bulk hiring using different channels
Should have worked on end to end Recruitment.
Responsible for taking interviews, Shortlisting the candidates.
Sourcing, coordinating and driving new and existing vendors.
Should have the right spirit and enthusiasm to achieve his/her targets within TAT and drive team for achieving their targets too.
Should have good team handling skills.
Should have sourced through Job Portals (Naukri, Monster & Other Portals), social networking sites and employee referrals.
Have to handle Frontline & Support Level recruitments.
Would be responsible to prepare and publish various hiring reports.
Should be good positive team player.
Should have experience of headhunting & working on various portals.
Manage Inductions & joining formalities for all new joiners.
Responsible for joining formalities and collection of documents for all new joiners.
Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work related issues.
Maintains detailed reports
Skills Required:
Excellent Communication skills.
Should be comfortable commuting on own.
At least 3 years of experience into front level and support level recruitment.
Must have worked in BPO and handled bulk hiring.
Must be able to handle all kinds of recruitments and explored all sources of recruitment. Ability to multitask and manage a fluctuating workload in a fast paced environment with changing deadlines.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to facilitate conflict resolution; diplomatically diffuse situations.
Experience of planning and delivering employee relations initiatives.
Ability to work at both a strategic and operational level.
Ability to demonstrate presence and credibility within the organization.
