Roles and Responsibilities
Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn etc )
Posting job requirements on various job portals
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Preliminary telephonic discussion with the candidates
Provide shortlisted qualified candidates to hiring managers
Coordination for the interview schedules
Assisting the HR generalist team in the joining process
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn
Understanding of sourcing techniques
Graduate / Post Graduate (Human Resources specialization will be an added advantage)
