Roles and Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitments and the job descriptions of open positions.
Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals to source potential candidates.
Actively seek and engage passive candidates through targeted outreach.
Review resumes and applications and conduct initial HR screening to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fitment as per the JD.
Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidates and showcase them to the hiring managers.
Schedule and coordinate interviews/tests between candidates and hiring managers.
Provide candidates with all necessary information and support throughout the interview process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Perform end-to-end recruitment process right from sourcing to offer finalization and handholding of candidate till their joining
Effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
MIS: Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly recruitment updates to respective Talent Acquisition reporting manager, stakeholder & senior management.
Employee Relations - Effectively and efficiently resolve queries and concerns of employees of the respective vertical/process and track/report query resolution TAT
Manage on boarding/joining of new joineers documentation, ID creation, Forms, issuance of ID card etc.
Conduct Rewards & Recognition and Engagement activities, as per the calendar.
Desired Candidate Profile
Should have experience of hiring Inside Sales, Digital Marketing, SEO, Content, Web developer etc. roles for an IT company.
Sound knowledge of recruitment strategies and sourcing techniques
Self-motivated, demonstrates ownership & self-responsible for the tasks assigned with minimal monitoring.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
Good organizational and time management abilities.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
Fluency in both verbal and written English communication.
