Roles and Responsibilities
Candidate will be responsible for End to End In-house recruitment for IT Software Services.
Making Job Descriptions and getting them approved.
Sourcing relevant profiles from various job portals basis the requirements.
To call up potential candidates and screen as per the requirements.
Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
Following up with candidates on the interview process status.
Responsible for conducting campus drive.
Taking care of joining formalities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Should have excellent interpersonal skills and fair personality.
Should be multitasking and result oriented.
Should be a fast learner, passionate and self motivated.
Should have excellent communication skills.
