Talent Acquisition:
Managing the complete Recruitment life-cycle - Sourcing, Screening profiles, scheduling interviews, conduct HR interviews to judge the required behavioral competency, skills & aspirations (positions, salary, relocation aspects etc. ), approval for salary fitment, salary negotiation & offer release.
Ensure that Recruitment plans & targets are met within the stipulated time frame.
Vendor & coordination with the consultants.
Employee Engagement:
Execution of Employee engagement & recreation activities.
Performance Management System:
Implementation of the entire life-cycle of Performance Management processes
HR Operation & Analytics:
Providing monthly dashboards to Management on employee joining ratio, attrition rate,
organization charts etc.
Preparing monthly payroll inputs (Stop salary input, allowances, LOPS, Salary bank details, new
joinee details, resignation) & send to payroll team for salary processing.
Maintaining HR Master Database and other miscellaneous database.
Statutory Compliance:
Sound working knowledge of PF, ESI Act.
HR Audits functions.
Exit Management:
Managing the process of Resignation/Absconding which entails counseling the employee and exploring possibilities of retention.
Ensuring exit interviews are conducted for voluntary, involuntary resignations & Handling exit formalities.
Preparing and maintaining the job description repository.
Knowledge of end to end appointment letter generation process.
Complete the pre-joining and joining formalities
Managing employee referral pay out PAN India
Managing Internal Job Postings received PAN India
Payroll Management:
Maintain the entire employee database (Bank accounts, increments, advances, transfers, incentives, OTs, other earrings, deductions, Leave, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Attendance, In & out)
Validation of Payroll inputs and consolidating them
Updating and Maintenance of complete data of employees life cycle related to payroll on SAP.
Managing all the payroll inputs on software and excel
Query handling regarding payroll issue.
Ensure accurate and timely closure of Full & Final Settlements as per company policy
Other Requirements:
Should be good with excel skills, & good written & verbal communication.
Stability in Job
Knowledge of SAP will be preferred.
