Roles and Responsibilities
To support talent acquisition.
To process all local recruitment requests in an effective and efficient manner.
To manager proper On boarding and new hire induction in the assigned locations.
To ensure that the the Background Verification of the newly hired staff is completed as per TAT.
To maintain database of the Background Verifciation Cases.
Assist & monitor the employee engagement action plans.
HR Operations Ensure timely completion of HR operational activities.
Ensure proper exit of employees.
Conduct exit interviews for the employees exiting in their assigned location.
