Roles and Responsibilities
Duties/Responsibilities:
Design and update job descriptions
Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Schedule interviews (via phone, video and in-person)
New joining coordination along with joining formalities
Advertise job openings on companys careers page, social media, job boards and internally
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to managers and send job offer emails
Collaborate with team to identify future hiring needs
Act as a consultant to new hires and help them on-board
Required Skills/Abilities:
Must have 2 years of minimum experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
Familiarity with sourcing resume from Naukri & LinkedIn
Experience with sourcing techniques
Understanding of referral programs
Good verbal and written communication skills
Must be Graduate (Preferably - BBA/BSc/MBA in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field)
Expected Candidature:
HR Executive must have Bachelor's degree preferable in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or similar field and must have experience of minimum 2 years
He/she should demonstrable experience with human resources knowledge and must also have ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization. The proposed pay-pack will be attractive for deserving candidates.
