Roles and Responsibilities
Design and update job descriptions.
Source potential candidates from various online channels. (e.g. Social Media, Facebook, Naukri.com Portal, personal contact).
Coordinated and conducted new hire pre-interviews.
Reviewing resumes and applications.
Interview candidates via phone and face to face.
Training new or existing employees
Recruitment, Induction, Performance appraisal, Employee Benefit.
Preparation of salary statement.
Verify the Appointment, transfer, promotion & increment letters / all formal letter.
Preparation of HR reports & Issue I-Cards.
Maintaining all HR data base.
Provide help to the employee Attendance, Leave, compliance, Compliance etc.
Business Skills :
Should be able to Handle End to End HR Operations
Capable of handling Onboarding/ Exits & documentation
Understanding of Indian Payroll and compliance
