Job description
We are hiring for HR-Executive(Male) in Gurgaon Location.
Company Name :- Insurance company(MNC).
Salary :- 30k CTC
Job Responsibilities
Human Resource Management: •
Interfacing with Management and Head of Departments for implementing HR Policies & Procedures in line with core organizational vision & objectives. • Regular feedback and updating of the existing policies. • Ensuring that an effective communication is implemented to maximize employees awareness of business objectives. • Counselling employees on career prospects, job related and discipline, etc
Recruitment: •
Coordinating with consultants for the line ups. • Taking initial HR interview rounds. • Coordinating with the line managers for final interviews
HR Operations: •
Coordinating with HO for all statutory compliance under various labour laws. • Managing office facilities and IT department requirement for smooth business operations. • Responsible for creating Job Code, offer letters, Salary Negotiation, Internal Job Promotions, etc. • Maintaining a strong database of employees, preparation of Reports, Attrition, Discrepancies in joining, etc. • Managing risk containment unit which includes documents verification of employees from the third party, follow Ups, Preparation of reports of fake/true Cases.
