Roles and Responsibilities
Sub Roles : Payrolls ,HRMS,. Recruitment, Training, Personnel- Management, Learning- Development Conducting various welfare activities.
Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
Maintaining HR records such as those related to compensation, health, medical insurance, log in and out details etc.
Performance Evaluations To source and align interviews
Willing to accept challenges and thrive in a startup environment.
Orienting new employees by providing orientation information packets; reviewing company policies; gathering withholding.
Looking for an efficient & result-oriented coordinator to manage all tasks delegated by MD.
