Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dedicated HR Associate to manage and enhance our pre-boarding, onboarding, and performance management processes. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to fostering a positive employee experience from the moment of hire through the entire employee lifecycle.
1. Pre-Boarding
I. Document Verification II. Background Verification: It can be done with third-party agencies to obtain detailed verification reports.
III. Offer Letter Prepare and issue offer letters in a timely manner.
2. On-Boarding
I. Orientation Program: Develop and deliver a comprehensive orientation program that introduces new hires to the companys culture, values, and operations.
Ensure new employees have a smooth transition into their roles.
II. Code of Conduct and Ethics: Educate new employees on the company’s code of conduct and ethics policies.
Ensure understanding and compliance with all ethical standards and company policies.
III. ID Cards, Joining Kit, Laptop: Coordinate the preparation and distribution of ID cards, joining kits, and laptops.
Ensure all necessary equipment and materials are ready for the new hire’s first day.
3. Performance Management and Knowledge Transfer (KT)
I. 30-60-90 Days Feedback (Probation Period): Implement a structured 30-60-90 day feedback process to evaluate new hire performance during the probation period.
Provide regular feedback and support to help new hires succeed in their roles.
II. Training Programs: Identify training needs and organize training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
4. Employee Engagement and Career Development
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and motivating work environment.
5. Policies and Employee Off-boarding/Exit Process
Maintain and update HR policies to reflect best practices and compliance with legal requirements.
Manage the employee off-boarding process, including exit interviews and knowledge transfer, to ensure a smooth transition for departing employees and valuable feedback for organizational improvement.
