Job description
Performance management and Appraisal of workers
Manage and supervise time and attendance tracking systems, including Miss Punch, OD, OT, and shift changes for employees.
Maintain records of leaves and attendance for both staff and contractual employees.
Manage apprentices and interns within the organization.
Ensure compliance with various acts, such as PF/ESIC, and handle related returns.
Supervise the accuracy of salary and wages for contractual employees.
Verify contractor bills for accuracy.
Oversee the recruitment of shopfloor manpower and ensure sufficient availability.
Generate management information system (MIS) reports related to manpower cost.
Prepare and submit timely PF, ESIC, and LWF challans.
Create offer letters and complete joining formalities for new hires.
Maintain employees' personal files and records.
Assist the manager or team in employee welfare and engagement activities.
Handle grievance management for workers.
Supervise worker training initiatives.
Peformance management and Appraisal of workers
Other HR generalist activities
Desired Candidate Profile
The candidate should be capable of analyzing data and generating meaningful insights through MIS reports related to manpower cost.
The candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills to address any issues or challenges related to attendance, compliance, payroll, and employee training.
Demonstrating integrity and maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information
Excellent skill in MS Xcell
