Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
Handling complete employee cycle starting from joining till the exit.
Joining, induction and banking formalities
Preparation of various letters such as Offer Letter, Appointment Letter, Relieving letter, non reporting letter etc
Generation of monthly dashboards related to attendance, leaves, employee exits, joining etc
Would be responsible for employee clearance formalities
Providing inputs to accounts department for payroll processing
Grievance Handling
Providing Administrative support to operations department
Maintaining employees personal files and records
Preparation of Full and Final Settlement of employees
The candidate must be willing to work in shifts.
Candidate must have excellent communication skills.
Must be well versed with MS office(especially Excel)
