HR Systems and Data Management:
Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and other HR-related databases.
Manage employee data, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, promotions, and changes in compensation or benefits.
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for HR metrics, analyzing trends and providing insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
Lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, orientation, performance management, and offboarding.
Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure seamless transition from candidate to employee status.
Coordinate with managers to execute performance appraisal cycles, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Compliance and Policy Management:
Stay current with labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements to ensure HR policies and practices are up-to-date and aligned.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistency and fairness across the organization.
Support compliance audits and investigations as required.
Benefits and Compensation:
Support benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries related to health, retirement, and other benefit programs.
Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate processing of payroll, addressing discrepancies and resolving payroll-related issues.
Employee Relations:
Address employee inquiries and concerns related to HR policies, benefits, and general HR processes.
Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters, fostering positive employee relations.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements within HR operations.
Collaborate with HR leadership to design, implement, and monitor streamlined HR workflows.
Vendor Management:
Coordinate with external vendors and partners related to HR services, ensuring contractual agreements are met and services are delivered effectively.
Preferred candidate profile
Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR operations, preferably in a mid to large-sized organization.
Proficiency in HRIS software and other HR-related systems.
Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across various levels of the organization.
Detail-oriented and organized, with a track record of managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
High level of discretion and integrity when handling sensitive and confidential information.
