Qualifications:
The candidate should be an MBA by education preferably in Human Resources. Experienced professionals, as well as fresh MBA graduates, can apply for this position
The candidate should have knowledge of the financial industry.
Experienced candidates should have proven working experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role.
Experienced candidates should have minimum 2-4 years of experience
Experience with full-cycle recruiting (End-to-End Recruitment)
Good knowledge of labour legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems(HRMS) and Applicant Tracking Systems(ATS)
Demonstrable leadership abilities and Solid communication skills
Proficiency in English.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail, willingness to develop & learn new skills
The candidate should be a go-getter and should have the ability to achieve beyond the target.
Discretion, confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Key Job Responsibilities:
Identification, Source Support from Job Portals, Social media and Networking.
Handling Recruitment & On boarding process.
Employee life cycle management.
Sourcing candidates via recruitment agencies and job online advertisement
Screening the candidates by resume short listing, phone interview and personal interviews with coordination with the concerned departments & background verification of the shortlisted candidates
Draft and update of documents such as job descriptions, employee handbook, performance appraisal, forms, SOP, policies and other HR related documents.
Handling Employee Database (Both in Soft Form and Files Management).
Handling Attendance, Payroll, Performance Appraisals,
Improving and monitoring employee productivity.
Structuring compensation and benefits packages.
Improving relations between staff and employers.
Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee’s termination
Create and run referral bonus programs
Oversee daily operations of the HR department

Salary: ₹396,685.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
