Reference check. Negotiating for salaries Generating and sending offer letter. Referrals. Onboarding and joining -Sending link to the new joinee. Checking all the forms and documents from kleeto Onboarding. Induction Training and ISMS Training for all new joiners, Biometric creation, Sending data for PF & ESIC Registration. Background Verification of all new joiners Sending data for Medical card Sending data to an employee id card. Generating and sending Appointment letters. Confirmation letters-Tracking confirmations of employees and generating and sending confirmation letters. 4.Increment Letters 5.Salary Slips 6. Handbook Updation 7. Policy formulation 8. Exit Formalities- Creating employee exit and sending exit form to employees through kleeto Offboarding tool. Sending experience letter Sending Absconding emails to absconding employees Biometric removal of exited employees. Date of exit updation. 9. Making Notices, Employee of the month nominations, certificates and Birthdays. Desired Candidate Profile Should have pleasing personality. Good written & oral communication & presentation skills (English) Strong analytical skills- ability to understand and communicate in a polite manner. Should have ability to handle pressure.
