Job description
We are seeking an experienced and versatile HR Generalist to join our human resources team. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of HR functions, supporting various aspects of the employee lifecycle. You will collaborate with employees, managers, and HR leadership to deliver effective HR solutions that align with the company's goals and values. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple HR tasks with a customer-oriented approach.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Support the recruitment process by collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, create job descriptions, and post job openings.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assist with candidate selection.
Facilitate the onboarding process, including new hire orientation and paperwork.
Manage employee benefits programs, including enrolment, changes, and vendor management.
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding queries.
Maintain accurate HR records and data, including employee information, attendance, and leaves.
Prepare and generate HR reports to assist in decision-making and workforce planning.
Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and company culture enhancement efforts.
Organize employee events and activities to foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources/Business Administration/ B Tech.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical hiring and HR generalists activities.
Proficient with HR Systems and digital tools.
Proficient with Naukri, Angellist, Linkedin, Instahyre, Hirist and others.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
