Job description
We are looking for a professional Senior HR Executive with experience. You job role will entail 70 % recruitment and 30% operations.
Responsibilities
Responsible for End to End recruitment starting from sourcing and screening resume to shortlisting candidates and conducting preliminary interview
Ability to identify new sources to hire the required manpower, both online and offline
Hands on experience on short listing the suitable candidate from different job portals like naukri.com, monster.com, references from selected candidates
Collaborate with respective team managers for hiring needs, building job descriptions and basic assessment parameters
Follow up with the candidates and on-board them as per company's policies
Maintain employees personal records and day to day attendance
Contributes towards running day to day HR function and work with accounts team for compensation, reimbursement and leave related MIS and accounting work
Taking continuous feedback from different departments and solve inter-personnel issues that may come from time to time
Key Skills
2-3 years of experience as recruiter with operational work (Minimum bachelor degree in HR or MBA)
Have strong communication skills, should be a people focused person and soft spoken.
Ability to work independently with minimum assistance
Experience in IT, hiring is required
