Roles and Responsibilities
Collaborate with appropriate stake holders to gather information, address concerns proactively, and ensure 100% compliance in HR areas, such as leave administration
Manage hiring of the employees, attendance and payroll.
Send your resume Our company is actively looking for hiring a Human Resource (HR) Executive with relevant corporate work experience preferably in a limited company.
Email followup from employers Recruitment and Selection, Joining Formalities, Statutory Compliance, Exit Formalities, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Attendance and Leave Management HR Executive
Liaise with the various stakeholders towards running initiatives specific to Corporate Social Responsibility, Fun Fridays, Cultural events etc.
Implementation of the Action Plan by breaking them down to Objectives, Tasks, Roles and Responsibilities for every single employee.
Should have knowledge on full recruitment life cycle including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiating, documenting, induction and on-boarding activities.
Desired Candidate Profile
Work closely with management to determine hiring needs and review and understand job requisitions
Preferred, 1-2 years management experience in HR, Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and various HR software programs including HRIS.
Candidate should have good communication skills.
