Job description
Duties and Responsibilities
Recruitment and Selection: Conducting job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, background checks, and making job offers.
On boarding: Planning and preparing for new employees, conducting orientation and training, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
HR Administration: Maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and providing administrative support.
Minimum Job Requirements
MBA Graduate; at least 0-1 year of experience related to the duties & responsibilities specified.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
Should demonstrate sincerity, self-discipline with character & integrity.
Should possess good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Should quickly learn and adapt to work with systemic approach.
