Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
1) Strong Experience in Talent acquisition and must have hired for Accounting and Finance candidates like CA, CA- Inter, MBA- Finance. Any experience of hiring for International accounting team like UK Accounting will be preferred.
2) Should be able to close junior to mid level positions within the assigned TAT. Should be able to handle multiple positions and work under a high pressure environment.
3) Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle - Joining to Exit.
4) Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning HR-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, confirmation and absenteeism rates.
5) Leave Management, Employee Grievance Handling.
6) Employee Onboarding & Induction.
7) Prepare Appointment Letter, Confirmation & Increment Letter, Warning Emails.
8) Database Management - Employee Files and Records, both hard copy and digitized.
9) Prioritize multiple functions, tasks and manage work time efficiently.
10) Actively participate in monthly employee engagement activities.
11) Assisting HR Team in all support functions as per the process requirement.
12) Prepare Weekly & Monthly Reports - Hiring Process & Closures.
Desired Candidate Profile:
1) HR professional of 2.5 to 4 years of experience.
2) Hands-on experience in Recruitment with a record of closing positions within the assigned TAT.
3) Strong knowledge in hiring through Job Portals, Linkedin and application tracking systems.
4) Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written).
5) Must be energetic, highly motivated and self-driven, with a positive approach to handling tasks.
6) Strong team player with a passion for recruitment.
7) Proven ability to contribute in a high, consistently and positively paced, changing work environment.
8) Ability to prioritise multiple functions, tasks and manage work time efficiently.
