Job description Desired Candidate Profile The candidate should have hands-on experience in Darwin Box. Roles and Responsibilities HR Policies & processes Support in overseeing compliance to all HR processes, policies, and guidelines Execute periodic dipsticks are conducted to identify gaps in the process and policy execution as per the action plan created by Lead Admin & HR Operations Prepare reports and recommendations for policy and program changes as per the guidance of Lead Admin & HR Operations HR Operations Supporting in the execution of IT Enablement of HR processes & systems at Group level and ensuring implementation of the same. Support in Supervision of activities of time-office at the Unit level including attendance marking, leave management, shift/overtime monitoring, etc. as per the internal and legal requirements through periodic audits. Administration Support in monitoring inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints (in terms of MIS) Identifying the best engagement activities in various units. Analyzing these engagement activities with industry benchmarks and suggesting the final list of engagement initiatives at group level. Organizing events (Cricket Tournaments etc.), occasions, and celebrations (15th August, festivals etc) at the Group level in terms of planning for the events,. in coordination with BV / Unit HR and responsible committees, if any. Maintain working relationships with vendors for Transport, Pantry, Housekeeping, Security & other admin functions, in coordination with BV / Unit HR. Also, standardizing the contracts at the regional level (North, west & South).
